Mission Target is looking for a Medior Business Analyst to contribute to the development and stability of IT solutions for one of its customers located in the center of Brussels.
You will actively participate in the improvement and performance of existing tools in a context of growing digitization.
The success of the mission depends on your ability to combine business needs and IT constraints.

Your integration into the team will be accompanied by a Senior Mission Target consultant.

• You capture the expectations and needs of the business through workshops organization;

• You are a team player naturally inclined to establish and maintain good relations with business actors;

• You understand complex topics and manage to reproduce them in an understandable way. You have good communication skills.

• You have an analytical and critical mind and are customer oriented (internal);

• Well organized, you can identify and manage your priorities.

Your degree

• With a university degree, you are a sales and / or management engineer or have a master's degree in Management Science, Computer Science or equivalent degree.

• You have a first professional experience if possible in the field of insurance-finance and justify a 3 years experience as Business Analyst.

• You are Dutch-speaking or French-speaking with a good knowledge of the other national language and English.
